50 years at Holy Cross
When I walk through the gates on a school day,
It makes me wonder,
How many others have walked before me through them?
When we do the register,
I think of the all those names that have been on this register.
When I look around my school,
It makes me think about how many people have passed through this school.
At the end of the day I think,
How many have seen the school as their home, before they left forever?
As I come to the end of my time at Holy Cross,
It makes me glad that I saw the 50th anniversary of my school,
My second home.
I think about how many memories started,
How many called this place home.
