Message from Mrs Kingston We have noticed increasing levels of playground chat about the game Fortnite— Battle Royale which is a PEGI 12+ gun battle game which requires players to work as a team. The main risks to children are interacting with strangers and also making costly in-app purchases. If your child is talking about Fortnite, please follow this link to find out more about it. https:// www.internetmatters.org/hub/guidance/ fortnite-battle-royal-parents-guide-keepkids-safe-gaming/

Wear it Pink 20th October 2017

Year 5 have been busy every afternoon this week baking and decorating cakes, biscuits and chocolate covered apples to support the charity "wear it pink". They have been making links with their lives and the message of St Teresa of Avila that "God has no hands on this earth but yours" by thinking about how they can do Gods work and support other people. We are all very proud of how enthusiastic the children have been and all their hard work helped raise £170 for our chosen charity. Thank you to everybody who supported us by working with the children, wearing pink clothes or buying cakes!
