Fitness Challenge Cards- Same rules as previous weeks, but this time you will need to choose 3 or 4 cards from the attachments below.
You will need to achieve your personal best on 3 excercises each week.
You will have 60 seconds to complete the challenge and you can log the amount completed
This number is the one they will try to beat - achieving your personal best.
