Over the next three weeks you are going to challenge yourself. You will need to achieve your personal best on 3 excercises each week.
You will have 60 seconds to complete the challenge and you can log the amount completed e.g if you are doing push-ups, you would have time to practise and warm up and then you are given 60 seconds at the end of the 60 you record the number completed on the slide.
This number is the one they will try to beat - achieving your personal best.
